Four Seasons Pool Service is run by Jeff Cox and a small, steady crew — not a franchise, not a call center.
Owner
Jeff and his son Colin started out building pools in 2004 for a company out of Virginia Beach, during the years when hundreds of houses a year were going up across the Outer Banks. For three years they built pools from Corolla to Hatteras. In 2007, they started their own company — Four Seasons Pool Builders Inc, based in Point Harbor, NC. Today, Colin and his crew run the construction side, and Jeff runs pool service.
Jeff's own approach is simple: a pool is only as good as its water, and water is only as good as the consistency of the person maintaining it. That's the standard every visit is built around.

Certifications & trust
General liability coverage through Hartford. North Carolina doesn't require a specific license for pool service — we lean on insurance and certification instead.
Techs are Certified Pool Operators, trained in water chemistry, equipment operation, and safety standards.
